• WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be processed and shipped within one (1) business day following its reception. The orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. The delivery delay will start once the package will be dispatched and the tracking number will be sent. 

• WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

For all American orders, the packages are shipped with USPS (via Canada Post) or with UPS. 

For all Canadian orders, the packages are shipped with UPS, Purolator and Canada post.

• WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

We offer free delivery for every order of $30* and more in United States and Canada. We offer a flat shipping rate of $14.99 for the rest of the world. 

*Based on the amount after promotion, before taxes and shipping. 

• WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DELAYS?

United States and Canada : 2 to 9 business days

Rest of the world : 6 to 14 business days
